12th London Flickr Group Photowalk - Saturday 23rd September

For our next London Flickr Group Photowalk we'll be exploring North Greenwich / Docks on Saturday 23rd September.

For our twelth walk we'll be exploring the contemporary architecture of the Greenwich Peninsula and the Tide elevated walkway before crossing over to ExCel and the Royal docks via the cable car.

From there we'll head to Trinity Buoy Wharf then across City Island to finish at Canning Town Tube / DLR station.

Obviously there's quite an emphasis on architectural photography but there's also opportunities for street photography, quite a bit of public art and even a small nature reserve......

These photowalks are free events and you're welcome to bring guests along. For this one there is a £6 single fare required for the cable car.

Timings : 2pm start just in front of the main entrance to North Greenwich underground station, ending shortly after 5pm at Canning Town Tube / DLR station.

Food, drink and facilities : There are plenty of opportunities to pick up a snack or drink en route.

Bad weather backup : In the event of unseasonable weather we'll come up with a more sheltered programme elsewhere in London.
