Photowalk - Aberdeen Beach Ballroom to Footdee

When: Sunday 29 August, 1400 - 1530(ish)

Where: We’ll meet in front of the Beach Ballroom main doors facing the roundabout. The walk will finish up at the roundhouse at Footdee.

What: a photowalk along the beach area of Aberdeen encompassing seascape, macro, street / people, abstract and landscape photography opportunities. Finishing with a walk around the picturesque Footdee (Fittie!) area at the harbour mouth.

About half an hour of the walk will be staying in one area on the sand to accommodate seascape / macro photography on tripods if you want to do this. I’ll bring along a couple of spare tripods (crappy ones, temper your expectations!) if anyone needs to borrow one for this bit. Or if this isn’t your thing, feel free to go off and do your kind of photography during this bit and meet back up when we’re moving on as a group.

Plenty of food and drink vendors around the beach area along our route, feel free to grab a coffee before you turn up
