Meeting point will be outside Cardiff Castle - route to take in parks, great architecture, the arcades, Cardiff Market, and loads more the city has to offer. Finishing at an as yet undetermined pub/cafe. The route should be accessible to people of all abilities.

Timed to get a variety of light - if the weather is going to be rubbish I'll try to arrange an alternative session - perhaps some portrait photography if I can find a suitable space.

Hi all,

Hope you're excited for the walk next week! The forecast doesn't currently look amazing but a lot can change before then...

The route I have planned starts with a walk through Bute park and into the area around the University and Town Hall before heading into town for the market, arcades, and the sleek architecture down by Cardiff Central. Open to suggestions for alternatives or particular spots to include on the way. Happy to keep it flexible, especially if the weather's a bit rubbish. Regardless, the plan is to finish down by the station, with the option of stopping off in Tiny Rebel or similar for a cheeky pint afterwards.

Just to let you know, Analogue Wonderland are kindly supporting the photowalk - no free film sadly but they have given me a discount code for people to use that gets 20% off any lab development with them. I'll be handing out the code on the day.
