The SparkCon Arts Festival happens once a year in downtown Raleigh during September and is a great public event filled with many photographic opportunities. We will meet at the NC State Capitol at 1pm and walk from there down Fayetteville Street through the festival. I plan on the walk being 3 hours but since there is so much going on during the event, I encourage you to stay after the walk and enjoy the day into the night.
