#SheHeartsFilm - A Studio Day with Models

Hi!

I have hired a great studio with plenty of space, Silkwood Studios in Cleckheaton.

There are six main shooting areas, including a gorgeous natural light area, and a 4m metre Infinity Cove. There are also a large variety of non-reflective background scenes plus canvas & muslin backgrounds. 

I have two confirmed models, they have very unconventional but fun styles. We can also choose to be models ourselves to make the most of the time and space. I did notice at the last few meet-ups a few people who are willing to be models.

I have also asked for the studio lights to be set up and there should be someone available to help us with those.

Unfortunately, the studio is not near a train station so it is better to car share with some other participants. Or simply drive yourself. 

This will be a chance to try some portraits and perhaps do some photography that is a bit more outside your comfort zone. Come along, meet some awesome female photographers and take some wonderful film photographs!

All film photography levels are welcome- beginner or pro! This is a safe space to learn from each other, share tips and tricks, make friends and enjoy the wonders of film photography!

There will be a cost for hiring the studio which we will have to share. So if we have at least 10 people the price will be just £20 each. This is not a for-profit event and the models are giving their time for free. We just have to cover the cost of the studio for 4 hours, lighting set-up, and travel costs for one of the models coming from Manchester.
