Round 2 of the #sheheartsfilm photowalks- but this time after hours! We will be starting a bit later in the day to get a chance to capture the beautiful scenes of London nightlife. And this time we are thrilled to announce that we are being sponsored by CineStill! So think high speed film, neon lights and all that jazz.

We want to make this walk an opportunity for girls to challenge their photography and push themselves to try something new, whether that be a high speed film, long exposure or just capturing night life. We know it isn't always easy for girls to head out on their own for photowalks, so together we can make this fun, whilst making sure everyone feels safe and supported. All film photography levels welcome- beginner or pro! This is a safe space to learn from each other, share tips and tricks, make friends and enjoy the wonders of film photography!

Hi Everyone!

I hope you are doing well :)

I wanted to let you know that I have arranged to do an insta live with Andre Domingues @andre.on.film tonight! He works for CineStill and is going to hop on a live with me to share some tips for night time photography and shooting 800t. Hopefully it will be a really useful chat ahead of the photowalk, particularly for those who haven't shot at night or shot many high ISO films before.

The live will be at 9pm tonight on my insta @ejlloydart I hope you will tune in and also send any questions you might have.

Hi everyone!

I hope you are all doing well and excited for Saturday :)

Some of my lovely helpers, shout out to Paula Smith, have helped us to figure out a route for Saturday. We have tried to plan a route that is fun, with lots to see and with lots of light to help the CineStill 800t work its magic!

Please see the link below for the full route, we will be flexible on the day depending on timings and if we see something particularly cool we want to stop at. Take this as a rough outline, and in case you’re running late it should make it easy for you to find us.

The plan is to meet on the bridge outside Central St Martin’s near Kings Cross station at 3:30pm. The bridge crosses Regents Canal and is on Stable Street, pointed out on the map below.

I have also booked a pub in Soho for 6:30 for us to get some drink and food. But bring some water and snacks with you too, it is thirsty work carrying round film cameras…
