This is inspired by something I did a number of years ago with friends and filmed on Super8.

Join us for a slow, sensory stroll through Southall — where analogue photography meets the bold colours and flavours of Indian street food. Starting and ending at Southall Station, we’ll wander through side streets and high streets, sampling street eats on our informal “curry crawl” and photographing the vibrant tones of Indian fabrics, signage, and cuisine along the way.

We’ll pause in the shade of Southall Park to rest and reload before heading on. This is a relaxed, no-rush walk — perfect for those who love shooting colour film, eating with their hands, and capturing everyday details on 35mm or medium format.

Bring your camera, your film, and an empty stomach.
